The following information is for AskMN participating libraries. With the migration to LibAnswers some libraries have a subscription to LibAnswers while most libraries do not. How the cooperative functions is slightly different for each group. Below is information that pertains to all AskMN libraries related to the migration.
The "Shared Group System" tab refers to those libraries that do not have a stand alone subscription to LibAnswers.
The "Traditional LibAnswers Subscribers" tab refers to libraries that do have a stand alone subscription.

Go Live Date
We are scheduled to go live with the new LibAnswers system in May. One date option we have is Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
QP Data Migration
OCLC will provide 3 years of data to be migrated from QuestionPoint to LibAnswers. The plan is to migrate this data after your go-live date to ensure the most recent content will be migrated. This includes chat and email transcripts, your Knowledgebase Content and the Statistics that QP provided.
You are able to follow the steps in this Retrieving QP Service History doc (https://springylib.libguides.com/ld.php?content_id=52270741) to pull the remaining data from your QP system. Access to QP will be available until your Go Live date. So, folks will have until then to pull their older service history (anything beyond the most recent 3 years that we will migrate into LA for folks).
